I was involved in site acquisition/negotiations and managed the lettings process of a very large portfolio of commercial properties. This included managing and assisting a team of over 10 different estate agents throughout the lettings process.
I also have a proven track record in commercial lettings. Rented office blocks to Google, The Law Society of Ireland, Health Information Quality Authority, Norkom, Version 1 Software, OPW etc. Some of these lettings make up the majority of the Project Cherry and Ulysses portfolios, which were recently sold for €425 million.
