Dr. Mick Feehan founder and Managing Director of Advanced Security and Risk Solutions, leads our training team. Mick previously worked as Chief Security Officer and member of the executive team at Dublin Airport Authority, where he was responsible for all Security operations. In that role, he introduced the concept of Behaviour Detection into Irish aviation for the first time.Mick previously worked in an Garda Siochana, where he was Assistant Commissioner in the Dublin Region with responsibility for the management of policing across the city. During his policing career, Mick was the operational commander for such iconic events as the Ireland V England rugby international at Croke Park and for the visit of HRH Queen Elizabeth II to Dublin.Mick holds an MSc in Criminal Justice Studies from the University of Portsmouth where he first studied Behavioural Awareness, together with a Doctorate in Governance . He is also a Certified International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) Security National Inspector and a Certified Aviation Security Manager in both the UK and Ireland.
