    Currently on the team (within the National Procurement Service, NPS) leading public procurement reform across the public sector. Responsible for the training and development of both buyers and suppliers to support an efficient, effective and strong market place.
    Previous roles included communications manager in flood management reform, designed and developed website www.flooding.ie, public awareness campaign etc, which was used as template across Europe.Nominated to represent Ireland on FLAPP (Flood Awareness & Prevention Policy across border areas), EU Interegg funded project aimed at facilitating the transfer and sharing on information on flood management and communications strategies aimed at increasing public awareness off flood risk and prevention measures throughout member states. Selected by Red Cross to assist them in their project to inform and prepare communities to work together in civil protection entitled “Informed, Prepared, Together”.
    Played a lead role as Training Officer in Dept Defence in the achievement of ISO 2000 for developing and providing training solutions for over 450 Civil Servants. Developed mediation services within the Dept.
    Accredited mediator (workplace & commercial), background in HR, employment law etc.
