‘Deirdre is a Senior Planning Lawyer leading the Planning and Environmental Law practice in Mason Hayes & Curran. Deirdre has acted in numerous High Court, Commercial Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court matters as well as before the Court of Justice of the European Union. Deirdre regularly acts in oral hearings before An Bord Pleanála. Deirdre advises in relation to the preparation of applications for consents including advising from the outset of a project, attendance at pre-application meetings with An Bord Pleanála, advising on Environmental Impact Assessment and Appropriate Assessment including the preparation of Environmental Impact Statements and Natura Impact Statements.’
