    Ciara Halloran is a Client Development Manager with the Irish Management Institute (IMI), where she is responsible for the development of customised learning interventions that develop talent and deliver organisational behavioural change. She works with senior teams across the indigenous, multinational and public sectors in Ireland and overseas. Her clients include leading organisations within the construction and transport industries.

    Before joining IMI, Ciara worked as an Associate Director of Partner Development in Executive Education with INSEAD Business School in France. Here she worked with top global organisations on customised programmes which were delivered across four continents. Prior to this Ciara worked in Canada as Head of Corporate Services for Coanda Research and Development, a leading specialist in industrial fluid dynamics, process engineering and related technologies. While in Canada she earned the title of Professional Engineer (APEGBC).

    Previously, Ciara worked as a Chartered Civil and Structural Engineer for a number of consulting engineering and contracting companies in Ireland including The McKenna Pearce Practice. She has an MSc in Business Administration in addition to an honours degree in Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering from Trinity College Dublin.
