Thomas Conlon has extensive knowledge of Procurement and Contract law delivers effective contractual & commercial support to key business Stakeholders and their respective business mangers.He currently hold a Honours Masters Degree in Strategic Procurement and a Honours B.A. in Industrial Relations & Human Resource Management. He has also completed a number of ITIL courses such Foundation Level, IT Service Design and IT Service Strategy. Having lectured for the IIPMM on their Public Procurement Course, and also presented on topics such as, Public Procurement and Procurement Practices, Total Cost of Ownership, Value for Money, Quality Assurance, Commercial Analysis and Sustainability and Supplier Relationship Management. His specialities range from: Contract Formulation and Contract Negotiation, Bid Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Risk Management and Strategy Development
